Womenâs Kickboxing at HMD Basel is a class designed exclusively for women who want to discover the power and rhythm of kickboxing in a supportive and motivating environment. Rooted in modern kickboxing techniques and fitness principles, it combines elements of martial arts with accessible training methods suitable for all levels.
Each session blends technique, movement, and conditioning. Youâll learn proper stance, punches, and kicks while practicing combinations on pads or bags, no sparring pressure, just focused, high-energy training. Classes flow between skill drills, partner work, and strength exercises, creating a dynamic rhythm that keeps you engaged and challenged at your own pace.

Each session begins with a warmup to prepare your body, followed by fundamental kickboxing techniques including punches, kicks, and combinations. Training focuses on proper form, power development, and building fitness through pad work and partner drills. Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. For your first class, we can provide spare gloves and protective equipment. The instructor will guide you on any additional gear you might want for regular training.
