Active classes with striking combinations, partner drills, pad work, and controlled sparring, plus strength and conditioning exercises to develop endurance, agility, coordination, and technical precision.
Sparring, special classes, workshops, outdoor training, etc. Saturday sessions are not regular but communicated or arranged on the group chat.
